To mark our first 10 years of life, we decided to celebrate our birthday with you! You are the fuel and the only reason why GEGEN exists and to show our gratitude we want to give you some space to tell us about yourselves, to assemble your own GEGEN, to reconstruct it as an open creative platform making GEGEN an unrepeatable experience in which bipolarisms collapse in their multisited enhancings within the Berlin entertainment market. GEGEN is YOU as much as you will be born again and again by becoming yourself through the definition of your own desire. This is why we invite you to be GEGEN and perform your own psychosis on the Gegen Decade sound, by being the enemy of yourself, by thinking and being out of b/order, by stepping out of your comfort zone. Celebrate with us and abolish the future by present/ing the multiplicities of your own identities, wrap them up in a video format and puke them in public so that the world can see.

The best videos will be displayed on our instagram channel and the first 3 outstanding creatures will be crowned with eternal guestlists and treats for their hungry ever-expanding consciences while all entries will receive a download link for our Gegen Decade compilation.

PROCESS

1. Send us a 1 minute video where you are performing your own psychosis out of your comfort zone to one of the Gegen Decade track before the deadline.

2. Best videos will be uploaded on our Instagram account for public voting.

3. First 3 videos with the highest number of likes will be awarded.

REQUIREMENTS

︎ Video size and format must have a vertical aspect ratio 9:16 (IG REEL).
︎ Video quality must be FullHD (1080x1920) or beyond.
︎ Video length must be between 40-60 seconds.
︎Video can be edited but this is not a necessary condition for being eligible.
︎Audio must contain one of the snippets from the Audio Pack downladable below.

︎ We encourage you to be original and creative.
︎ Stay out of your comfort zone and surprise us.
︎ Professional or dancing / performance skills are not mandatory.
︎ Content must comply with Instagram policies
︎ Read carefully the instructions contained in the Audio Pack
