a five-years’ dance of love and death flashing every two months like a low-frequency strobe in your contemporary life. When we focus on all the pictures, the flyers, the sounds, the people, the dancefloors, the artists, and all the scenes mixed up together in a chaotic and clashing process, we can hear an anthropomorphic voice with bloodshot eyes growling a muted film— we can enter the mind of every single subject in every single motion, every single thought and every single emotion performed at every single event. It’s a telepathic miniature of a breathing cosmos making us de/composed. Inside and outside. Opposition and composition. Crossing this line means entering a prismatic world where meaningless acts of beauty are consumed on distorted mirrors— the unrecognizable repetition. There, good and bad penetrate each other in four-dimensional convergences, for seconds, hours, days, months, years, centuries, until the category of time is lost in space. Ecstatic and aesthetic is the wonder of the electronic body, dancing the atrocity exhibition of fire and water. Such a bizarre liturgy is the great identity swindle, laughing the must, kicking the beat, rushing the lust. By being absent from its dictation, 30 GEGEN have served Berlin over five years. GEGEN 030 is the way we’ll abolish the future by present/ing desires.
